Exchanges are Allowed Only If: Hair is unused, Hair is in original packaging, and Exchange request is made within 7 days of delivery. Customer is responsible for return shipping.

The number of bundles you'll need depends on your desired length and the fullness you're looking to achieve. As a general guide, we recommend 2 bundles for 12–16 inches, 3 bundles for 18–24 inches, and 4 bundles for 26–30 inches to achieve a full, balanced look. If you prefer extra volume or a more glamorous finish, adding an additional bundle is always a great option. Yes! Bundle deals are available on select textures and will be clearly listed as a product option when ordering. If a bundle deal is not shown, that texture is sold as single bundles only, allowing you to choose your preferred length and the exact quantity of bundles you'd like to purchase.
